Josh Pollock

Director

Josh Pollock is a leading expert in property issues affecting renewable energy projects and renewable energy issues for property. Josh has over twenty years of property experience in the energy industry. Since the millennium the majority of this has been advising on renewable energy in all its forms including project financing. Josh sits on the Solar Trade Association Asset Management and O&M Group, advises the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers on renewable energy matters and lectures on the subject on a regular basis.

Josh undertook the development of the first solar park to be conceived, consented and built without subsidy in joint venture with the landowners taking this 50MW project through from conception, grid negotiation, planning and design to ultimately selling the project ready for build.

Andrew Sprawson

Director

Andrew Sprawson joined Pollock Associates in 2009 having previously worked as an acquisition manager for a wind farm developer. Since joining Pollock Associates Andrew has been involved with the promotion and negotiation of wind farm, solar, battery and gas to grid sites on behalf of landowners. In addition, he has overseen the build of several renewable energy sites on behalf of clients and project managed private renewable energy schemes. He has undertaken site audits of operating renewable energy projects on behalf of the asset owners to assess their compliance with property and planning requirements.

Andrew attended the Royal Agricultural College and then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. Originally working in land agency, he was involved with agricultural, residential and commercial agency and property management services for both private and institutional clients. He then moved into the telecommunications industry focusing on the acquisition of sites and project management.

Richard Green

Consultant

Richard Green has been involved in Agriculture and Construction all his working life and over last 22 years provided Business Management Support, mentoring and mediation.

He has been active in Commercial Solar since 2010, acquiring land for large scale solar farms and project managing the delivery of over 260 commercial solar installations ranging from 10kw to 37mw. Richard has also operated and maintained several solar farms on behalf of investment clients.

While with Pollock Associates Richard has been heavily involved on site audits of operating renewable energy projects on behalf of the asset owners to assess their compliance with property and planning requirements.
